Purchase and confirmation of an order

At the moment you send the on-line order from our e-shop, this order changes to the purchase agreement proposal. This then becomes binding, when you obtain from us a confirming message in your e-mail box. You will recognise it simply according to the subject: Binding confirmation of your order . At this moment, you enter into the private-legal relationship. We undertake to respect mutually our rights and fulfil the obligations we agreed on in it.

You can cancel the order within 12 hours after sending

If you change your mind due to any reason within 12 hours after sending your order, you can cancel the order. It is sufficient to send us a request by e-mail to info@mekko.cz. Give there your order number, your name and surname.

How long the goods will travel to you

Hangers are usually in stock. We dispatch the goods once or twice a week, mostly on Thursday.

Taking delivery

If you notice that the parcel is damaged or the protective tape is damaged, please, write up with a carrier a record of damage to the goods during transport . You can download a form here. Because if you unwrap the goods at home and you find it damaged, we can try together to lodge a complaint with the carrier. In case of the missing record we cannot lodge a claim with the carrier.

How to pay for the order

If the goods do not suit you and you would like to withdraw from the agreement

You have the right to this according to § 53 art. 7 of the Civil Code within 14 days from receiving the goods . To withdraw from the agreement the goods must be delivered to us not later than on the last day of this 14-day period. In special cases, we can prolong this period but not more than by 30 days from delivery.

The procedure is simple – send us the e-mail on info@mekko.cz. State that you withdraw from the agreement and write the order number and date of purchase . Add also the bank account number to which we usually return your money within five working days after we receive the parcel.

How to prepare the parcel for return?

Put the goods with accessories into a cardboard wrap or wrapping paper. The complete parcel must be in the same conditions when upon delivery. It is up to you what type of a wrap you will choose. It is important to protect the original wrapping during transport (labels, marks or any other damages). Do not send the goods yourself – call us or write on info@mekko.cz and we will send a courier to you .

Complaint without questions

If you find a defect on the product, hand it over to us as soon as possible to proceed a complaint. How to proceed during a complaint?

When you find a defect, contact us as soon as possible . We will arrange goods transport back to us. We will arrange transport by a courier and we will also pay for it. We recommend you to wrap the parcel into wrapping paper or cardboard to protect the original wrapping during transport (labels, marks, etc.).
Faulty or damaged goods will be always replaced by new one , or we will return you , the money you pay for it. Please, let us know, which type of these two complaints you would prefer.
Your complaint will be handled and within one week, you will have - either new goods or money back.

Your personal data are with us safe

Personal data you provide us with are used for the identification during purchase in Mekko Store s. r. o. We will not share them with the third persons. By confirming the registration you give us your consent to send you the e-mails with offers from our Internet shop Mekko Store (in compliance with the Act no. 480/2004 Sb. on Some Services of the Information Company).

What information can you expect?

You will not receive from us any spams, we send only the offers of interesting action which take place at our place. You can cancel the service for sending news via e-mail by clicking on the link Cancel sending Newsletter in each message at any time. Or you can cancel sending the information e-mails via the application sent on info@mekko.cz.
